27 Review of Act
(1)
The Commissioner of Territory Revenue must review the operation of this Act as soon as practicable before 1 July 2028.
(2)
The review must consider the effectiveness and efficiency of the calculation of royalties under this Act.
(3)
The Commissioner of Territory Revenue must prepare a written report of the review for the Minister.
