Planning Act 1999

The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, prescribe the fees to be charged in relation to matters under this Act.

The Minister may, in the circumstances of a particular case, in writing, waive, or remit the whole or part of, a fee prescribed under subsection (1).

An amount may be charged for the provision of a service relating to a matter under this Act for which a charge is not otherwise prescribed if the amount is reasonably proportionate to the reasonable cost of providing the service.
