144A Advisory committees
(1)
The Minister may establish one or more advisory committees to advise the Minister on matters in connection with planning for or control of the use and development of land.
(2)
The Minister may set the terms of reference for an advisory committee and appoint the members of the committee as the Minister sees fit.
(3)
An advisory committee may be established to provide advice on a specific matter for a limited period of time or to provide ongoing advice.
