153 Saving of actions
An act, matter or thing done or omitted to be done before the commencement of this Act by, to or in respect of the former Authority is, to the extent that but for the commencement of this Act that act, matter or thing would on or after the commencement date have had any force or effect or been in operation, to be taken to have been done or omitted to be done by, to or in respect of the Development Consent
Authority, as the case may be.
