169 Trust accounts
Money held immediately before the commencement of this Act in a trust account under section 31(2) of the former Act:
(a)
is to be taken to be money held in a trust account under section 72(a) of this Act; and
(b)
is to be used under and in accordance with Part 6 of this Act.
