189 Actions in determining application for proposed amendment
(1)
This section applies in relation to a proposed amendment in respect of which:
(a)
all actions required to be taken under former Part 2, Division 3 have been taken; and
(b)
the Minister has not, before the commencement date, taken action under former section 25, 26 or 27.
(2)
The Minister must take further action in relation to the proposed amendment under amended Part 2, Division 5 as if it were a proposal referred to in amended section 25(1).
