208 Proposal placed on exhibition before commencement
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement, a proposal had been placed on exhibition but a report under section 24 had not been made.
(2)
Part 2, Division 4, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to submissions, consultation, hearings and the report about the proposal.
