212 Administrative matters
(1)
The members of the Planning Commission and the Development
Consent Authority holding office immediately before the commencement continue to hold office after the commencement on the same terms and conditions that applied to their appointment before the commencement.
(2)
A person with authority to enter land under section 77 immediately before the commencement is taken to be an authorised officer appointed under section 76.
