23 Directions by Minister relating to consultation
(1)
If the Minister requires the Commission to carry out consultation in addition to the other processes required by this Division, the Minister must in writing direct the
Commission to do so.
(2)
The direction may include requirements about the persons with whom, and the manner in which, the consultation is to be carried out.
