26 Proposal relating to exceptional development permit
(1)
This section applies in relation to a proposal relating to a grant or variation of an exceptional development permit in respect of which the Minister has received a report or reports under Division 4.
(2)
After considering each report and, if applicable, any other matters the Minister is required by this Act to consider in relation to the proposal, the Minister must take an action under section 40.
