30H Notice to local government council
If the concurrent application relates to land partly or entirely within a council area, the Minister must give the local government council for the council area a notice that includes:
the information contained in the notice published under section 30F(1); and
an invitation to the local government council to make a written submission under section 30M.
The notice must be given on or before the first day of the exhibition period for the concurrent application.
In response to the notice, the local government council may:
make a submission about the proposal under section 30M(1);
or
give the consent authority advice or comment on the proposal under section 30M(4).
