30ZA Determination of concurrent application
(1)
This section applies if the development proposal in the concurrent application is determined:
(a)
by the consent authority under this Division; or
(b)
by the Tribunal under Part 9.
(2)
The determination of the development proposal has the effect of also determining the concurrent application.
(3)
If the determination of the development proposal is a refusal to consent to the proposal:
(a)
the concurrent application lapses; and
(b)
the amendment decision for the application does not take effect.
