Division 3ADetermination by Minister of application relating to significant development proposal
57A Application of Division
This Division applies in relation to a development application for consent to carry out a development on land if:
(a)
the development is the subject of a significant development report; and
(b)
the Minister is the consent authority in relation to the application; and
(c)
the Minister makes a determination under Division 3 contrary to any of the advice included in the significant development report.
