65 Certification of compliance with permit or Part
A person may apply to the consent authority for a certificate, in the approved form, certifying the extent of compliance with the following:
the conditions of a development permit;
the conditions of an alteration permit;
the requirements of this Part in relation to land.
An application under subsection (1) is to be in the approved form and accompanied by the prescribed fee.
After considering an application under this section, the consent authority must issue a certificate that certifies the extent of compliance.
A certificate issued under this section is prima facie evidence of the facts certified as at the date specified in the certificate.
