Enforcement of contribution plan

In force

If a contribution is to be paid to a local government council or service authority under this Part, it may:

(a)

if it is the Territory – take proceedings to recover the contribution; and

(b)

if it is a local government council or a statutory corporation –

in its own name take proceedings to recover the contribution; and

(c)

if it is a minister – in the name of the Territory take proceedings to recover the contribution.
