76E Authorised officer's identity card
(1)
An authorised officer must carry the authorised officer's identity card when exercising a power under this Act.
(2)
Before exercising a power under section 76F, an authorised officer must produce the authorised officer's identity card on the request of the occupier or a person apparently in charge of the premises.
