83 Minister may establish Divisions of Authority
(1) The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette:
establish and name a Division of the Development Consent
Authority; and
specify the area of the Territory to which the Division is to relate.
The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette:
amend a Division area specified in a notice under subsection (1);
rename a Division of the Development Consent Authority; or
abolish a Division of the Development Consent Authority.
(3) The Minister may not declare a Division area or amend a
Division area if part of the area or area as amended would be within a council area in respect of a local government council and another
part would be within another council area.
