Savings – accredited production place

A pre-existing declaration of an accredited production area under section 11A of the former Act is taken to be a declaration of the area to be an accredited production place under section 37(1) of this Act.

(2)

Any pre-existing prohibition, restriction or other requirement for the area is taken to be a prohibition, restriction or requirement for the place under section 37(5)(b) of this Act.
