100 Communication of Appeal Board matters
A member of an Appeal Board shall not communicate information which he has received in the performance of the member's duties in connection with the exercise of the powers or the performance of the functions of the Appeal Board to a person other than a member of the
Appeal Board or to a person to whom the Appeal Board has authorised the member to communicate the information.
Maximum penalty: 17 penalty units.
