Protection of apprehended person

In force

(1)

A person in custody after apprehension under section 128:

(a)

shall not be charged with an offence; and

(b)

shall not be questioned by a member in relation to an offence.

(2)

Where a person is questioned in contravention of subsection (1)(b) any answers which he may give to any such question shall be inadmissible in evidence against him in any proceedings.
