Arrangement in relation to database information

(1)

This section applies to an arrangement entered into under section 147A by the Minister or the Commissioner with CrimTrac before 1 July 2016 that is in effect immediately before 1 July 2016.

(2)

The arrangement is taken, on and from 1 July 2016, to be an arrangement entered into under that section by the Minister or the

Commissioner with the Australian Crime Commission.

(3)

In this section:

CrimTrac means the CrimTrac Agency established under section 65 of the Public Service Act 1999 (Cth).
