34C Extension of declaration
(1)
During the period a declaration is in force, the Commissioner may extend the operation of the declaration.
(2)
Section 34B applies to the extension of a declaration in the same way as it applies to the making of the declaration.
(3)
The Commissioner may extend a declaration in accordance with this section as many times as necessary.
