79 Service of notice for alleged breach of discipline
Where:
(a)
the Commissioner believes, on reasonable grounds, that a member;
or
(b)
a prescribed member believes, on reasonable grounds, that a member of a rank below that of the prescribed member,
has committed a breach of discipline and considers that the breach is serious enough to warrant action being taken under this Part, the
Commissioner or prescribed member shall serve a notice under section
84F on the member.
