Immunity of directors and other officers

Current

(1)

A director or other officer of a public sector entity is not personally liable for anything done or omitted to be done by the director or officer in good faith:

(a)

for the purpose of complying with a direction of the Chief

Minister under section 13; or

(b)

in the reasonable belief that the act or omission was for the purpose of complying with a direction of the Chief Minister under section 13.

(2)

Subsection (1) does not affect any liability the Territory would, apart from that subsection, have for the act or omission.
