16 Request for transfer of imprisoned person to the Territory
Where a person who is the subject of an arrest warrant issued in accordance with a law of the Territory is imprisoned in a participating State, the Attorney-General may give to the
Attorney-General of the participating State a written request, accompanied by a copy of the warrant, for the transfer of the person to the Territory to be dealt with according to law.
