32 Revocation of order of transfer on escape from custody
The Local Court may revoke an order of transfer if it appears to the court, on application made to it under this section by the holder of a prescribed office or position or by a person who belongs to a prescribed class of persons, that the person in respect of whom the order was issued has, while being conveyed in accordance with that order, committed:
the offence of escaping or attempting to escape; or
any other offence,
whether or not:
the offence was an offence against a law of the Territory, the
Commonwealth, a participating State or another Territory; or
a charge has been laid or a finding of guilt secured in respect of the offence.
