46 Requirement to provide information
(1)
The Council may, by notice in writing, require an occupational association whose members are subject to a scheme in force under this
Act or that seeks the approval of the Council under section 7 to a scheme, or an amendment to or revocation of a scheme, to provide information to it which it may reasonably require in order to perform its functions.
(2)
An occupational association that does not comply with a notice under this section is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
