10 Agent of Public Trustee
(1)
The Public Trustee may, from time to time, appoint a person, whether within or beyond the Territory, to be his or her agent or representative as may be necessary.
(2)
A person who is appointed under this section as an agent shall be subject to the direction, control, supervision and inspection of the Public Trustee in all matters relating to the business for which he or she is appointed.
