17 Separate accounts for particular estates
(1)
Where the Public Trustee invests money other than in a common fund, he or she may open a separate account for a particular estate or beneficiary in the name of the Public Trustee and of the estate or beneficiary.
(2)
The Public Trustee may operate an account opened under subsection (1) for the benefit of the estate or of a beneficiary interested in the account in such manner and to such extent as the
