10 Totalisator Licensing and Regulation Act 2000
This Act does not apply in relation to:
(a)
a totalisator licence or a person operating under a totalisator licence under the Totalisator Licensing and Regulation Act 2000;
or
(b)
wagering under the Totalisator Licensing and Regulation
Act 2000.
