216 Issuing direction to terminate association, arrangement or agreement
(1)
The Commission must consider any response submitted under section 215(3) and decide whether to issue the direction or not.
(2)
If the Commission issues the direction, a copy must be given to the licensee and the person who is subject to the direction.
