225A Investigation of licensee
(1) The Director may, on behalf of the Commission, investigate a licensee in relation to:
(a) the possible commission of an offence against this Act by the licensee; or
(b)
any possible grounds for disciplinary action against a licensee.
(2)
After completing the investigation, the Director must:
(a)
prepare a report on the investigation; and
(b)
give the report to the Commission.
