260 Variation or withdrawal of undertaking
(1)
A person who gave an undertaking may, at any time, with the written consent of the Director or the Commission, vary or withdraw the undertaking.
(2)
The provisions of an undertaking relating to an alleged contravention must not be varied to provide for a different contravention.
