42 Wagering guidelines
(1) The Commission may make guidelines in relation to the operation and administration of this Act as it relates to the wagering industry.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the guidelines may relate to any of the following matters:
(a)
applications for licences;
(b) compliance with and enforcement of this Act as it relates to the wagering industry;
(c) complaints and disciplinary actions in relation to the wagering industry.
(3) The Commission must ensure that any guideline made under this section is published.
