77 Charges payable to Director
The Director may, by written notice, require a race club to pay amounts to meet the expenses of services rendered by the Director to the race club.
The race club must pay to the Racing and Wagering Fund any amount required to be paid within the time specified in the notice.
In an action brought for the recovery of money payable under subsection (2), a certificate purporting to be signed by the Director or other person authorised by the Director specifying that an amount is due and payable by a race club is evidence of the matters contained in the certificate.
In addition to any other discipline or sanction, the Director may suspend the registration of a race club until payment under subsection (2) is made.
