23 Result of test or inspection to be given to Chief Health Officer
Within one month after receiving the result of a test or inspection under section 21 or 22, the holder of the authority must give the
Chief Health Officer a copy of the certificate of compliance or other result of the test or inspection.
Maximum penalty: If the offender is a natural person – 20 penalty units.
If the offender is a body corporate – 100 penalty units.
