Return of cancelled authority to Chief Health Officer

If the Chief Health Officer has cancelled an authority and given a review notice for the decision to the holder of the authority, the holder must return the authority to the Chief Health Officer within

14 days after receiving the review notice unless the holder has a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty: If the offender is a natural person – 20 penalty units.

If the offender is a body corporate – 100 penalty units.
