43 Replacement of authority
(1)
The holder of an authority may apply to the Chief Health Officer for the replacement of the instrument if it has been lost, stolen or destroyed.
(2)
The Chief Health Officer must consider the application and either grant or refuse to grant the application.
(3)
If the Chief Health Officer grants the application, the Chief
Health Officer must immediately issue a replacement authority to the applicant.
(4)
If the Chief Health Officer refuses to grant the application, the Chief Health Officer must immediately give the applicant a review notice for the decision.
