53 Delegation
(1)
The Chief Health Officer may delegate in writing to a person any of the Chief Health Officer's powers or functions under this Act.
(2)
However, the Chief Health Officer may delegate a power or function only to a person the Chief Health Officer is satisfied has the appropriate qualifications or experience to exercise the power or perform the function.
