59 Entry of place – general
(1)
For the administration or enforcement of this Act, an authorised officer may enter:
(a)
a place (other than residential premises) at any reasonable time;
or
(b)
any place at any time with the consent of the occupier of the place.
(2)
An authorised officer who enters a place under subsection (1) must not remain on the place if, asked by the occupier of the place, the officer does not produce the officer's identity card.
