11 Licensee to give notice of sale of radiation source
(1)
Subregulation (2) applies if a licensee authorised to sell a radiation source under the licence agrees to sell the source to another person.
(2)
The licensee must, within 14 days after the agreement is made, give written notice of the sale in the approved form to the Chief
Health Officer.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
