Commencement

In force

(1)

This Act commences on the day fixed by the Administrator by

Gazette notice.

(2)

Different days may be fixed under subsection (1) for the commencement of different provisions of the Rail Safety National Law set out in the Schedule to the Rail Safety National Law (South

Australia) Act 2012 (SA).
