An improvement notice in force under Part 4, Division 7 of the repealed Act immediately before the commencement day continues to have force and effect as if it were an improvement notice under Part
5, Division 1 of the Rail Safety National Law (NT).
(2)
A prohibition notice in force under Part 4, Division 8 of the repealed Act immediately before the commencement day continues to have force and effect as if it were a prohibition notice under
Part 5, Division 2 of the Rail Safety National Law (NT).
