No double jeopardy

Proceedings for an offence against the Rail Safety National

Law (NT) (the NT offence) cannot be brought against a person if the person has, for the same alleged act or omission, been convicted or found guilty in a participating jurisdiction of an offence that substantially corresponds to the NT offence.
