These Regulations may be cited as the Registration

These Regulations commence on the commencement of section 109 of the Unit Title Schemes Act 2009.
Schedule 1 prescribes the fees, charges and levies payable under the
Acts mentioned in it.
The Regulations specified in Schedule 2 are repealed.
