31 Extension of time
(1)
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the Court may, of its own motion or on application by any person, extend or reduce the period of time for the doing of anything under an applicable code, this Act or the Regulations.
(2)
An application under subsection (1) may be made even though the relevant period of time has expired.
