3 Repeal and saving

(1)

The Sale of Goods Act 1895 of the State of South

Australia ceases to have application in the Territory.

(2)

Privileges, obligations, duties, rights and liabilities acquired, accrued or incurred under the Sale of Goods Act 1895 of the State of South Australia in its application to the Territory are not affected by subsection (1), and no investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of such privileges, obligations, duties, rights or liabilities is so affected.
