139 Application of sections 5(2)(ha) and 123A
(1)
Sections 5(2)(ha) and 123A, as inserted by the amending Act, apply only in relation to offences committed after the commencement.
(2)
For this section, if any of the conduct constituting an offence occurred on or before the commencement, the offence is taken to have been committed on or before the commencement.
