156 Continuation of appointed members as approved members of Law and Justice Groups
(1)
Subsection (2) applies to a person who was appointed as a member of a Law and Justice Group for a place referred to in section 155, under regulation 19 of the Sentencing Regulations 1996 as in force immediately before the commencement.
(2)
The person is taken to have been approved under section 107C(3), as inserted by the amending Act, to be an approved member of the Law and Justice Group for the place after the commencement.
