33 Statutory conditions of order
A community correction order is subject to the following conditions:
(a)
the offender must not, during the period the order is in force, commit another offence (whether in or outside the Territory) punishable on conviction by imprisonment;
(b)
the offender must be of good behaviour for the period the order is in force.
